Anyone. There is no account, no login, and no fee for reading guides or using calculators in this build.
Calculators are estimates
Results are estimates from stated assumptions, not advice and not a guarantee. The site is not liable for decisions made from general educational content. If a decision matters — filing, signing, investing — get professional advice first.
Content changes
Guides and calculators may be updated or corrected. Corrections are logged on the Corrections page, not silently rewritten, at least for tax and limit figures.
Fair use of the site
Don't scrape the site to republish it, don't try to break it, and don't use it to mislead anyone into thinking calculator output is professional advice. Content on this site is written for this site — please don't copy it elsewhere.
